What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and it has no contact form. Fonts and images are served from this site. Because of that we do not show a cookie banner.

Your web host may keep normal server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) for security and fault finding.

What we do collect, and why

When you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, or ask for a quote, we receive the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, photos of it and what you need.

• Purpose: to answer your enquiry, visit the property, give a price, do the work, invoice you and give after-sales support.
• Legal basis: to prepare and carry out a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the business, and legal obligations such as tax records.
• Photos of finished work: we publish photos of installations only with the customer's agreement, and we keep people and house details out of them where possible.

Who sees it

We do not sell your data. It may be handled by services we use to run the business, such as our email provider, WhatsApp (Meta), our accountant and, where needed, suppliers who deliver parts to your address. Links on this site to WhatsApp, Facebook and Google lead to those companies' own services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted after a reasonable time. Records of jobs and invoices are kept for as long as the law requires for tax purposes (currently six years).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to limit how we use it, and you can object to our use of it. Email info@tecpro.ie and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission: www.dataprotection.ie.
